I think you need to get the an independent inspection done on the gear problem to prove its faulty and what the problem is.
Not sure about rejecting a car thats not in the same condition they sold it to you? May need some legal dvice for that.
Its a meriva 2008,17000miles,1.4 engine,and mannual.0 -
Also expect your electric power steering and/or the steering rack to fail at some time as well! It's possibly the gearchange linkage, it's a known problem on the Meriva A and Corsa C.
You were wise to get shut of the Easytronic, they are a "dog" and do drive as you describe, it's a whole new learning curve to drive them semi properly.0 -

My dealer now happy to give refund but i dont know he give me part refund or full,If part refund, So can i claim componsation until this days I travel by cab after reject the car.0
