my order has been dispatched minus the 2 x £9.99 packs of nappies which are not in stock so have been cancelled off the order and they are refunding me...i wonder how much they will be refunding me considering 'technically' they were free??!! x

  • Right, someone said earlier about the refunding. The way it was worked out on my receipt was by percentage, I spent around £11, a product for £1.50 wasn't in stock so was refunded. They refunded me 50p. My head hurts so I can't work it out but someone a bit more awake may be able to explain it better.

Just wanted to thank the op, I'm pleased with Mothercare's service and pleased overall with the price (although one box was very damaged when it arrived).
