Trunki's (normally) have the cardboard sleeve plastic-tag attached to the fabric straps, so you can't open the trunki's. Was it still in place? might help on the "is it used" situation

I bought 2, but one was definitely used, as it had no card board packaging like the other. Also the wheels were all scratched.
I rang up Mothercare, and the lady was lovely and very helpful. She did tell me, that the trunki I wanted was OOS. I asked when would it be back in stock and she said 8th sept, which I said I'd wait, as it's presents for my friends twin boys. She also told me to keep the used one as a goodwill gesture. How lovely. Now I have a trunki for my LO too. FAB service!!! :TI hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!0 -
mine now show as dispatched but were not at store today for collection so hoping to phone tomorrow and to collect all discounts still in place

Hmmm mine still waiting to go, even though the guy on the phone yesterday said that they would be here by thursday , so who knows, my fingers are crossed lol...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Ive literally just received an email to let me know that my 3 boxes of nappies have been dispatched and are currently on their way to my local mothercare store!!!
Thats 179 nappies for £21.76 delivered....:j
