Is Play.com based in Jersey? Does UK SOGA apply in Jersey?

Contact logitech and see what they say

    Thanks for the advice.

    To update:

I contacted Logitech, who basically bent over backwards to help me.

As my keyboard was no longer issued, they offered me FOC a Wireless keyboard at the value of £50 (my original keyboard cost about £16).

When i had connectivity issues, they continued to help.

Oh and the keyboard when it arrived, the packaging had been half cut open, likely by the helpful courier service, so i told Logitech, explained i wasn't complaining about their service & that their courier company had let them down (DHL i think it was).

They offered me 35% off anything on their website as an apology, which i turned down.

    Brilliant service, unlike Play.com.

Do not contact Logitect. Your contract is with Play not Logitech. Try to explain the sales of goods act to Play.
Martin Lewis does have a lot of info regarding this in this website.

Whilst the OP's contract is with Play getting a remedy is likely to take far longer with them. If the OP contacted Logitech directly the matter is likely to get resolved far quicker, this is often the case with stubborn retailers.

Also Play are based in Jersey, where there equivalent to SoGA may vary to that of the UK.
