hi, i do ww, the propoints won't change if you lose weight, as 29 is the minimum you can be on. I would definately invest in the calculator, if you have an android phone, there is an amazing app, which costs about 1.25p called ultimate propoints plus, minimins has lots of info and there are many forums around, without having to subscribe, there are also free propoints calculators online, i have a desktop one, but dont know how you get it. good luck0

Yes you are correct 29pp is the lowest. BUT what if OP starts off on more than 29, how would she know when to drop a point?
I wish I could do it without having to subscribe, I need to get my but into motion to finish my little web page listing pp for food's I eat, Plus others!
I don't have the calculator BUT I do have the iphone APP. But You have to be subscribed to to WW to get it.
Is there another type that is accurate and you don't have to subscribe too?0 -
i don't have iphone, i have android app, you buy it for 1.25 and it is then yours and all the updates, it even has a barcode scanner so you can find propoints. there is a free app i have on my laptop desktop, but do not know what it is, you can google and it will . as far as knowing when to drop points, you really need the calculator, as its not too clear the method of working things out.0

I can recommend Warburton square wraps at 4pp each, and you can make pizza's and all sorts using them... hmmmm
I can second that! I am not doing WW, but I am trying to lose weight and just love them filled, folded and toasted. They are so satisfying.0 -
dont worry about weight watchers, its a bit of a con. All it is is a fancy way of calorie counting, you can do that yourself
Its worth checking out fitness forums and the like to get an idea of what to do, and establish for yourself an eating regime. I trained as a PT previously, but i wont advise you on anything, as i have never met you and dont know your health or lifestyle, but am safe to state its better to eat little and often, rather that larger meals. Generally its recommended to consume your daily calorie intake over 6 'meals' throughout the day
It might be worth getting some advice from a nutritionist through the doctor0 -
Poundland sell a lot of WW crisps, biscuit, soups and beans if you wanted to buy these items0
