  • Last week I had a proper money refund from KGB (instead of KGB Kash as originally offered) for the cost of the KGB deal and today a refund from Pixels and Graphics covering the P&P to me and back again.
    Got there in the end but it took a lot of persistence!

    I'm impressed!!! How did you manage to get in touch with Pixels and Graphics? Email or phone? They've stopped answering my calls back now... will try email. And also I got only one email from KGB aying they were looking into it, shall I email them again?

    Consumer Direct has replied to me telling me to send recorded delivery letters to the company and also to talk to my bank which I did. I paid by debit card but you can get covered which I didn't know... Thanks Barclays... So talked to Barclays and opened a claim. This is so much hassle... but I'm not given up!!!!
  • I just kept on trying. Sent an email and if i didnt get a reply with 24 hours i sent another and so on but the progress really came when i started swapping emails with KGB and copying all the emails to Pixels. KGB won't refund the P&P costs because they dont have to, it is not included as part of the deal and has to come from Pixels. My ticket reference with KGB support was TKT228147 so maybe you could ask KGB to look at this so they can see it is a common problem? I'm going email a link to this thread to my contact at KGB so that he can show it to people higher up.
    Will post any response i get from them.

    hi, i contacted KGB in the end , got them to refund the £29.99, then complained that I lost my £9.99 as the company they put me in contact with wasnt communicating with me. So they kindly credited 9.99 to my account for me to use in next 6 months.

    At the same time I sent an email to P&G saying that I will be contacting trading standards and that I have seen a forum full of complainst about thier company - and that I will be adding my complaints to that forum.

    I got a call back saying that they will process it asap. Just got an email saying that it was dispatched and I should expect delivery Thursday.

    I will believe it when I turns up, but seems finally after 5 months it might be resolved.

    To be fair to KGB can't really fault them. They have been very fast in responding to my complaints. As for P&G, well I still not happy with them
