A3 acrylic sandwich photo frame Pixel and Graphics KGB deal

I was just wondering if anybody else had ordered the A3 Acrylic sandwich photo voucher for £19.99 from KGB deals and if their order had been fulfilled by Pixels and Graphics Ltd yet?

I ordered my voucher from KGB on 28th June 2011.

I then made my order with Pixels and Graphics Ltd on the 2nd July 2011 and paid the extra £9.99 via PayPal.

The KGB deal said to

Allow up to 21 days for delivery,

But I have not received anything yet. I wrote to them 4 times to enquire where my item was, as it is for a present on 15th August and eventually got a reply stating that they are busy and to expect delays. No indication of when my order will be processed or delivered. So just wanted to check if anybody else had received their orders yet? I'm getting worried it won't arrive in time.

Pixel and Graphics are still not responding nor have I had the product. Has anybody else had problems with this company?

Contact KGBDeals and explain the situation. They should refund the £19.99 back if you request it.

I'm not sure what you can do about the £9.99 delivery charge. You could try putting in a dispute via Paypal?

Thanks Kiera, will give that a try and see what happens.

Can i ask how you put a dispute in for the £9.99 p&p that I paid via PayPal?

If you log into your Paypal account and click on the transaction, there should be a Resolution Centre link at the bottom of the page.

I'm not sure if you will get your money back via Paypal, but you may as well try

KGBdeals should be fine - they have a money back guarantee and refunded me for a similar canvas deal when the company in question ignored my calls and emails.

if your going for a paypal dispute you need to act quickly, you only have 45 days to put a claim in from the payment date.

Spoken to KGB who are refunding my money in 5 days.

I have opened a dispute with PayPal. What happens now? I haven't been refunded.

Does anybody know where I would be able to get an acrylic sandwich for Monday? I really wanted it as a present and don't mind paying more but I can't find anyone who can get me one by Monday? Even Tuesday as I could give it slightly late. Thanks.

Unfortunately I purchased two of these "deals" but also had problems with Pixels and Graphics and the product itself so have since returned them.
Pixels and Graphics are very poor comminicators. Initially chased delivery estimates and received the usual "they should be with you next week" email. After this, multiple emails sent and telephone messages left by me and also staff from KGB went unanswered before eventually responding to my dissatisfaction and request for a refund which i copied to KGB.
Delivery estimate was initially 2 weeks but ended up being 8+ weeks before i received the product due to "a problem with a supplier". The frame is actually A3 size edge to edge, not made to take an A3 photo which is what i thought i had ordered. If i order a 6"x4" photo frame i wouldnt expect it to house a picture smaller than that. Why use a paper sizing format to describe the dimensions of a photo frame unless the picture can run edge to edge? Possibly to mislead the customer into thinking it is a better deal than it actually is? This maybe my mistake but i came to the conlusion based on the wording and imagery used to advertise the deal. Personally i wouldnt have paid even £20 for this product let alone the usual full price rate of £99.99. The P&P costs were £9.99 per order so when receiving my two items wrapped together (no box, just a few metres or bubblewrap and parcel tape) i was surprised to find it cost them under £8 to post both compared to the £19.98 i gave to cover this. Also the photo paper used for the insert is of minimal quality. Pixels and Graphics have kindly agreed to refund P&P in both directions and i'm currently going through the process of getting a proper money refund instead of KGB Kash from KGB for the cost of the two deals. They have intially said that the time has expired to do this but hopefully KGB will realise that just over 8 weeks of that was used waiting for the product to arrive.
Not a happy customer and it has put me off of using KGB, think i'll use other sites such as Groupon from now.
KGB Deals do not appear to have checked this product matches the deal description or if this supplier can meet the demand this deal would create for them judging by similar entries i have found outlining the same issuse.

My rant ends for now but will update with final outcome.

I will also avoid this company it is a joke, ordered over 4 months ago, been promised several times that ready to send out but got nothing to date.

We might need to raise this as a group to KGB deals and trading standards if there are enough affected!

Here is my story with Pixels and Graphics Limited which I talked about here on the 20th of September, I hadn't seen there was already a post about it although I had looked for it. Not well enough as I can see...

I'm having issues with a deal I bought on KGBdeals and I'm not quite sure what to do now... and getting a little bit fed up about it... :mad:

Mainly I have been having problems with the company Pixels and Graphics Ltd. I bought a national deal with KGBdeals on the 5th of May 2011: 20''x30'' laminated and an 8''x6'' printed picture for £29.98.

I then put my order on Pixels and Graphics Ltd website on the 9th of July 2011 paying them £10 for delivery.

2 weeks later after no news from them, I contacted them, after a few attempts I left them a message on their answering machine, they finally contacted me and said that my order would be processed in 2 weeks time.

Mid-August I contacted them again because I still hadn't received anything, same again, very hard to get in touch with them, you always get to their answering machine.

Finally, I got an email (which I kept with the order email) and the person said my order was going to be processed the following week and delivered within 2/3 days, I should then get my order end of August.

It's now mid-september and still nothing, I have contacted them last week, left a message and nobody has contacted me yet.

I'm so annoyed with both companies. It's so hard to get in touch with Pixels and Graphics Ltd, they don't reply to emails and nobody ever pick up the phone when they contact you! I'm thinking of asking someone else to leave a message because maybe they are now trying to avoid me!

I'm so !!!!ed off about this now! I have tried so many times again to contact Pixels and Graphics Ltd but as always it's that bloody answering machine every time!
I have contacted KGBdeals on the 20th and they replied to me the day after saying they would look into it but since then no news.
I'm not giving up because this is not right!
Unfortunately it is too late for me to ask paypal for my money back, I wasted so much time on trying to get in touch with them :mad:
What to do now?
I've contacted Consumer Direct today to see what they are saying.

Good to know that I'm not the only one but sorry to hear about your problems with that rubbish company...

It really put me off with KGBdeals, only using Groupon now but being very careful with the companies they are using, if it's an online company I don't think I would buy any offer from now on...
