I regularly exchange money between New Zealand, the UK and Australia, and use Klickex.com
It's fantastic, no charges, good rates and easy to use. I have used it a lot recently, due to moving from NZ to Australia, via a holiday in the UK, and have had no problems, thoroughly recommend. I have used HiFX in the past as well, but I like klickex more as I feel more in control
