Vodafone cancelled my insurance the day after my claim and wont fix my phone

Receiving a certificate/written documentation of insurance is a FSA regulation. So either Vodafone are breaking FSA requirements (again!) or the OP wasn't covered.
As far as I was concerned, I payed the monthly instalments and in there T+Cs it says,
"ACE European Group Limited (‘the insurer’, ‘ACE’) will at its discretion and in return for your continued payment of the monthly premium, reimburse you and/or Vodafone Limited (‘Vodafone’)"...0 -
