ePetition - Please Sign - Against PPC's Holding Reg. Keepers Liable For Invoices

Options
Just come across this ePetition which we should all be signing. Click here.

Schedule 4 will hand the refugees from clamping - when it is banned - another licence to print money besides the damage it will do to civil liberties and established contract law.

We need to keep this at the top of the board!
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Signed also. Only 99,982 to go.
If the petition does not succeed, this would put them on a par with councils and police, an intolerable situation. Love to see the first court case on this.
Have you put this on pepipoo and CAG?

Any chance of a petition for the DVLA to increase their charges for number plates to £20.00 a pop, make the ppc's squeal a bit.

  • Signed but I think that the government will be too strongly influenced by the chummies from the supermarkets. We must also vote with our wheels and wallets.
Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!
