Evening everyone. Am I right in thinking you have all used, or some of you, a conditional spend coupon in Tesco when it was from another store? I had a £3 off a £30 shop coupon and just been to Tesco, I checked at Customer Service on my way in and they told me they don't accept Co-op ones. I just rang Tesco customer service and they told me they don't accept them for other stores.

    Hi
Tesco do accept co-op conditional spend coupons, I have used them as have lots of others.

If I have trouble I go to customer services and they always say no, we don't take them. I then ask them to call the cash office and check and I stay there and wait while they do it. The cash office are usually a bit more clued up about conditional spend coupons.

There is a list on page 1 of this thread of all the stores that Tesco do accept conditional spends from. If you store is being awkward about accepting them you can send an email to Uncle Phil and ask them direct. You should get an apology and an explanation of whats gone wrong. They also will sometimes send you a gift card by way of an apology.

    Good luck

I had a problem a while back with a morrisons one, called up head office & spoke to a supervisor who confirmed i could use it, (but that was after a refusal in store & then a no from head office, I was sure i was right so asked to speak to her supervisor who said it should of been accepted & sent a moneycard for my trouble)

I had that problem as well and was kindly pointed in the right direction, after you complete the survey, don't click continue to enter the competion, theres a bit to the left hand side that says download your 75p money off coupon, hth :D

On the Youtube site, there is a woman with glasses, who asks you a question, you have to answer it and then there are more questions - this is the survey. When it is completed, on the left hand side it will say print pdf and on the right hand side about a competition.
