Just a note on the Colgate coupon - it works and you can download a voucher but it's out of date. My pdf says July 2011.
Might be best to check before wasting vital printer ink!
Only just got back into couponing so no idea if anyone would notice it being out of date.0 -
I gave my mum (78 yeas old) a few of the campbells coupons , she went to ASDA and asked at customer services if she could use one against the cup soup and they said OK0

The thing here could be the SA might not be aware that, it is against the terms and conditions but IMO it should not be taken as a rule.
Please don't try to use it again even though they allow it for time being, thats what I would say...:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o0 -

Hi Everyone,
Just got an email from supersavvyme about a £1.00 off Iams cat food don't think it has been shared. They may have updated their website with more coupons as I know some expired yesterday.
On the topic of extreme couponing - I think it would be good to have some couponing etiquette rules on the forum for newbies like me. There has appeared to me to be some mixed messages. On Monday there were people saying fill your boots because they are PDF's and I went to Mr T's and got some reduced items and 8 shreddies and 8 Soups. SA was fine about it. Come home and find out this is going to cause problem for other using coupons.
I want to know what coupon etiquette there is then I don't make rookie mistakes. It is not that I want to be greedy but my hubby lost his job recently and we are living off savings:)
Please be kind it only an idea:)EDD 17/01/10:j:T0 -
I understand what people are saying, but a lot on grabbits aren't like that - maybe it's just bad wording. I'm on there quite a bit but only visit T's once a week or, more usually, fortnight. Anyway I know I haven't posted much on here but just wanted to stick up for the grabbit people that don't go raiding stores.
I just don't understand why coupons started popping up on there in the first place.0 -
That "Extreme Couponing" program has a lot to answer for, I think - Most of the people on there were grabbing 50-100 of the item they had coupons for and the "donating half to their church" (whether most of them did or not is unsure). Some of the stock piles were ridiculous - and now I understand that several US supermarkets have stopped their "coupon stacking" and "double up" offers as a direct result of the abuse by a small percentage of customers.
I do feel a sense of achievement at getting my bill down using coupons - we all like to get a bit back, don't we? And getting something free can be quite exciting. But I have no need to stockpile and probably wouldn't get round to using the stuff before it ran out of date.Would LOVE to win:
A hamper - any sort! A goody bag - any sort! A UK mini-break. A year's supply of something foodie. Anything Sci-Fi related
2013 wins - Cutting Room book, Rock n Rose necklace, £50 M&S voucher, Greggs coffee, £70 voucher for a Onesie0 -
Firstly, well done to CW for looking after us while MT is absent x
Secondly (and without trying to add to the chat), there will always be people who milk something for all it's worth - have I personally bought 100's of 1 item, no, have I bought more that 1, yes. I will use them or I will give them to a foodbank (yes I took 3 of the last 4 boxes of Shreddies yesterday, because I'll use them, and the SA didn't blink an eyelid. I am very grateful to everyone who posts coupons on here and it would be a real shame if a decision was made to pull the thread due to a minority.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
