I do rather feel though that RM make it up as they go along. The one before that I actually got back more than I lost..and I never figured that one out!

A colleague at work lost a couple of parcels earlier this year and got back the full amount that the buyer originally paid, including the postage charged, not the postage cost.

We've had others on here that have only got back the item cost and not the postage as well.
