Afternoon all,
Hope everyone had a good New Year.
So far today I have spent,
Bus Fair - £2 (rip-off I know)
Tesco - £2.12p (Lunch)
So £4.12 for me today, look's like it's going to be this much every working day.
So around £20 a week may try and cut this down somehow.
Good luck everyone :jSave £12k in 2017 #164 - £575/£60000 -

Oh dear a really bad day so far, our dishwasher broke down last week and we got it fixed today at a cost of £170.48. At the end of the day it was cheaper than getting a new machine but even so, I am GUTTED, it is a lot for an 8 year old machine and I am now sitting here regretting it, I could have bought a new cheap one for around £250.Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0

spent £2.70 on a balamory play set from the local 2nd hand toy shop, £7.27 on dd's soya milk (will last until next week) and will have to get some milk and nappies so probably about £15
will try hardest to have nsd's until sunday! (apart from a curry tomorrow night that is budgeted)- prior planning prevents poor performance!

Hi all,
The chat forum was under maintenance last night so wasn't able to post yesterdays spends. My local RS McColls had closed down so wasn't able to buy my monthly bus pass before getting bus to work so had to buy a return ticket at £4, went to another RS McCOLLS in town and got my monthly bus pass to start today at £65. Got a box of 8 smarties choc eggs filled with mini smarties for £0.10 reduced from £1.99.
M&S spent £2.00 on 2 different boxes of 16 xmas cards, 1 handcrafted xmas card and 3 mtrs of material ribbon.
If I spend any money later I will post tonight.Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)

hope you had a fab day
today i have a rest day so shouldnt leave the house
so hopefully a nsd... but i will look online to see if there are any bargain shoes
i will report back later  have a good low spend day everyone
well i still havent got dressed... oh i love days off... while cleaning... i decided to clean my tropical fish out... so i turned the electric off (for the fish pump etc) forgot the heater (its pluged into my computer extension lead)... took everything out of the tank and then i smelt burning  anyways i turned it off but one of the holders that stick to the side of the tank has melted
so it wont hold the heater... i managed to put the heater back into the tank with just the one holder but i dont think it will last very long
i have searched ebay and the manufacturers of the heater from replacement parts but cant find anything
its about 4 years old anyways but i begrudge buying a new heater just for one clip... still looking... anyways i am determind to make this a non spend day

Scrap my 39p spend day, just brought a can of diet pepsi for 60p. Felt that urge. Listed two things on eBay though which should bring in at least £15. Will put that, and £71 Quidco dosh which is coming through via Paypal straight off my OH's CC (we're working together to clear it). Also just been refunded £11 for a t-shirt I brought online for my OH, which when it turned up was frankly hideous.0
