Move from Dialup to Broadband for free!

Those on Telewest Surfl Unlimited Dialup can be upgraded free of charge to Broadband.
I'm not sure how much of a 'Hot deal' this is but:

£9.99 FOR 6 months then the current rate,free Digital TV for a whole year was usually £3.50 per month and phone line rental for £11.That's what I got
a few months ago but had to ask for it.0
