We should be happy that people are being proactive enough to visit these forums to ask for advice instead of simply paying up.0

I am happy! I've no problem with newbies posing questions, just baffled by how many times you have to repeat "ignore" sometimes.Went shoplifting at the Disneystore today.

Seeking support or reassurance from a support forum at a time of need may not be easy for a newbie and this post is neither supportive or reassuring0

I think a lot of posters think their circumstances are different, we often see " I have read all the posts to ignore but" I think its the reassurance that their bit of paper is exactly the same as every other one they are after.
Then when the PPC/DCA change the template format posters cant see their exact letter and they panic again.
My old Mum used to panic when a utility bill came through the letterbox, she would pay it the same day, she just didn't like the thought of owing!!!0
