Unless they have breached their own agreement, no. What have they done to hack you off? They are many people here who give fantastic advice, you may not get released from your contract but you may get some sort of resolution.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I am with 02 and the customer service is good. The contract is vaild for 24 months and if you leave you will have to pay off the rest of the contracts.
O2 do allow you to reduce your plan to a lower one I think that you can do that twice.0
