Help with Brabantia dryer

Hi,

I recently purchased a Brabatia dryer which was very expensive. It has started to sag after only a few weeks but I cannot find the receipt. Does anyone know how to tighten it up please. I cannot see an obvious way to do it.

Thanks

Google shows several different types of dryer, wall mounted, rotary... which one do you have?

    Sorry! It's a Lift-O-Matic Rotary Dryer.

I have one o these that I have had for about 6 years and it just lifts a further notch up when it slackens off.

Mine might be different as it's older.

Either push up the lower thingy another notch or you can tighten the lines (individually so it will take a while!).

To tighten the lines, look at where they thread into the "arms" and you'll see that they bend over to make a little hook. Make sure that each hook is pulled tight and bent over to the maximum. There was a little note in with mine to say that they do loosen in transit and to retighten them before use but I didn't bother, I've just done it now and then when I've noticed a particular line looking saggy.

Thanks for all your replies. I have emailed Brabantia customer services to see if they can advise me.
