Snorbens is nice, but not that nice ...600k for a 3 bed semi apparently makes this a 'quick sale' price. I don't think it does and the property does not 'present' very well in the photos...

my other lottery win house is even cheaper. At the min it's a holiday rental, we go there twice a year. At one point it was up for sale for £249950 last year. What do you think, I love it

You can't see floor plans but its got a lovely pantry off the kitchen and a huge utility room with shower room and loo. Upstairs is bathroom and then another loo. It used to be a school masters house and the exterior matches the school a few yards up the road
EDIT: now I'm depressed. My lovely holiday house is back up for sale! £195k!! God if I had that small lottery win I'd have it to tomorrow! That's what comes of trawling zoopla!
This one doesn't really do it for me, but I can see the attraction. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

So "no reserve" but offers over £750. So isn't the reserve £750?
Oh no, that's not right - "non-refundable reservation fee 3 1/2% to the minimum of £3,500 + VAT".0 -
Apparently it's a feature well.0
