Now that's got me wondering whether that's the "official price level" (ie the one that gets charged to non-locals) and there is a "real price" that would get charged to locals (only a lot of locals cant afford even that).
Dual pricing happens with other things sometimes - so maybes with houses in areas of the country that "others from outside" also want...;)
