A little (over-priced) cottage in the middle of the Somerset countryside.

Then check out the neighbours on the aerial view and erm .......
Not worth the effort is it.
There must be something about houses called 'Old Well Cottage' - we have one next to our house in a similar state of (dis)repair......the thatched roof has seen better days and now looks more like a grassy hillock that has sunk in the centre. Apparently when it rains the water goes straight through the thatch into the bath belowMortgage-free for fourteen years!

Look across the road in street view at the nosey neighbour in the living room window
Found another nosey neighbour (photo 6):

No, especially with the A303 within 500m.

why not? Its a shedMoney won't buy you happiness....but I have never been in a situation where more money made things worse!0 -
It's between Leicester and Coventry, a fairly large rural village. The area is ok, there are cheaper and much more expensive properties nearby.
It seems like a lot of pad for not a lot of money. Bang on top of the M1 and M69 for ease of journey too.
And is it me, but even before I noticed the somewhat larger European style caravan in front, does the interior decoration remind you of old-style gypsy ways? The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

This. Look at the house on a streetview and put it into perspective.
It's jammed in amongst a bunch of terraces. The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Looks good value. It's a Mid Norton miner's cottage with a big block-built extension or two. Not much garden though for a large family.
They may be after a quick sale and could otherwise have held out for a bit more, but there's a ceiling for houses of a particular type in specific locations, and they're probably close to it. It's not Shoscombe!
I'm a gardener, so it wouldn't do for me, but the local fish & chips are worth having....:)0 -

Never mind pic 10 (which seems to be where you take your coke), what about the chairs casually arranged around the platform with pole in pic 9? :eek:They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
