It has a trainset room, how many houses do you know with a trainset room?

I've just snorted my drink all over the keyboard:rotfl:
I laughed when I read that the front garden has already been 'cut back' but then I looked on the streetview..... There's a car hidden under all the bushes!0 -
This next house is lovely - unfortunately the vendors have probably ruined any chance of selling by having a rather public argument in the letters page of our local paper with the landlord next door about noise.
Turns out they recently had twins and despite the landlord bending over backwards and installing extra soundproofing they still weren't happy with the level of noise coming through and felt they had to air their problem in the paper hoping for support - needless to say they didn't get it. Why buy next to a pub if you can't handle a bit of noise!!

What a bargain though! - looks like the other similar detacheds in that street are going for over £200000. If I was in that area I'd snap it up!

They've just had it refurbished. I'm guessing that the brown patches are where the builders have been working in the garden or parked their gear, or maybe there was some shrubbery there that has been cut back. It will all grow back quickly with all this rain we are having.
it is a fabulous house for the money, at least compared to London prices.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

from the pics it looks in ok condition, windows and walls don't seem mouldy at least. obviously would need serious checking but seems to be just absolutely filthy, incredibly cluttered and unloved.0 -

:eek::eek:
How on earth do they use the cooker hob as the cooker looks like it's under a shelf with a microwave on top.
The kettle on the draining board is not much use if they can't to the cooker hob!
EDIT: I've also just noticed the book on the plank over the bath! Doesn't look like anyone relaxes in the bath reading!Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free
