It wasnt new they day you posted, they had simply changed the wording to get it to show up as 'new in the last 24 hours'. Property bee shows that the price was reduced by a further £40k a few days after you posted it and it is still showing as available!

I'm pretty sure i've seen that on Homes Under The Hammer? It was a pub and i'm sure a woman and her daughter bought it.
