Stick that in Hampstead, and you would be looking at a £5m price tag. It looks beautiful, and they must have spent loads doing it up. It makes you wonder why they are moving. Is this a beautiful house in a grim area?

Yes, I was wondering that. Keep being amazed at the property price differences North v South.

House looks lovely, though I couldn't live with all the "period" wallpaper and the "period" bathroom.
