Oh and in picture 13 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-36744599.html there's the lovely countryside view of the shell stanlow oil refineryToo much month, not enough Cash!

If you look on the floorplan you see the gym is in the same building as the garage. There's a toilet there but you'd have to go outdoors to use it. It would've been so easy to sort a proper shower room and toilet off the gym!
