We went to view this on Wednesday (We’re staying put...Access to about £1m in lending + £600k MF means we can make the EA’s take us seriously on things like this = NSD on our day off (Weds)).

I love the amount of seating in the back garden, coupled with the lovely curtain top things in pic 3. :eek:
