    8.5sqm in total!!

I've just had an offer accepted £75k. 3 bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room/utility. 2 reception rooms and a garden...

Ok it needs a 15k overhaul... but it's much bigger than that LOL

There is also the added benefit of a separate shower room.

I'm glad to hear that it's separate, as having a poop at the same time as washing the dishes isn't the greatest idea in the world. :p

hi louise.. what a horrible looking house that was, and a 3' 7" wide kitchen is too bleeding small.. horrible.... but there are worse places, as we have all seen on here :)
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

Ah yes I have seen far worse on here and also when looking to buy. That one caught my eye though as the kitchen literally seems to be an afterthought shed like extension on the back. I plan to move to Portland one day and can rule out one house already at least.

Bare stone walls can be nice, even when they're painted. They give a rustic feel. However, with polysterene ceiling tiles they're definitely a no-no!

Oh no they can't, lol ;) Our 300+ year old house (bought last year as a 'half-finished project') had all internal walls except a nice (!!!) 1980s extension stripped back to bare stone (which had then carefully been repointed) by the previous owner......it looks blooming awful and feels like living in a cave.....even if painted I hate them with a vengeance and DH and I are currently on a mission to put back the plaster as it was always intended they should be :D:p
