That's quite a nice house. Not sure about the bits of wallpaper on the wall though (pic 3). If they wanted to do that, it would be better if they'd put them in a frame.

Hey, the floorplans are all like that on one of our local estate agents.

The grass on the right side looks more worn than the fenced off part. Maybe they have a dog and want a bit that doesn't get pooped on?
