    The landing is the size of my front room! But then my house isn't worth evena tenth of that, but I want that library.

    I don't understand how the sea is to the right of the house in the first pic with no other houses inbetween, then in the 7th the sea is on the left, but then there are houses in the distance.

    I'm just confused!

    From my experience with such properties, the burglar alarm may well be protecting the copper piping from being nicked. But, apart from that, yes you are absolutely right, and I slapped myself on the wrist for you.
