Afraid of Vampires ?Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
Actively hunting down the person who invented the imaginary tenure, "share freehold"; if you can show me one I will produce my daughter's unicorn0 -
I'm probably a couple of quid short of the weekly rent for this place, but maybe I could organise a whip round?
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-35105570.htmlCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -
That's lovely - York's one of my favourite places too
I can deal with the odd union jack cushion, it's the tatty nylon St George's flags that get put up, and left forever. I used to live in a place where my neighbour-across-the-road put one outside their house for the world cup and then left it there getting grottier and grottier. Drove me wild, and I had to resist the urge to nip across the road in the middle of the night and just snip the moorings ...
tis Whitby..not far off York though:o I used to live not far off from whitby so its a fav place but sadly the biting wind was too much for me!
A house round here has had a giant flag since i moved here, you would think 7 years of rain would have destroyed it, sadly not!***MSE...My.Special.Escape***0 -
