I take it that the hanging spider thingies are a modern take on chandeliers? What sort of person could live in a place like that? And who in their right mind would want to pay 4 million quid for it?
Someone who literally has more money than they know what to do with, professional footballer maybe?0 -

And where's the fourth bedroom if you can't use the loft rooms? Are they counting the conservatory?
Good plot size though, and possibly the worst house on a nice street.

Spotted! I think it could be a really nice place. If we were ready to sell ours right now, I'd go for it. Does look like an elderly persons home with a small hoarding issue.0 -

I wouldn't bother sorting out anything, I'd just hire a bulldozer or similar as that is just the right size plot for a fancy 5/6 bed new build! If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

There is quite a bit of garden either side, so you'd get two houses on that plot. Might even squeeze three in if you go for 3 storey town houses.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

That isn't a hoarding problem it is a round tuit problem. They probably haven't got one. I have and our house it much less like that one now.0
