Even at 28k I think the EA ought to give a floor plan and some info about room sizes.0 -

How do EA fees work on a house like this? EAs where I live charge around 1% of the sales price. So for this house that would be £280. Once you’ve taken into account costs, overheads, tax etc it isn’t much!0 -

They may have a minimum charge.
A local agent here in London told me that the total cost for him taking on a new property is several thousand pounds. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Ashington went Tory this week so gentrification is just around the corner..... after we 'get Brexit done' that is.;)
By the way, must one have attended a posh private school to produce a literary masterpiece like "Get Brexit done?" At my lousy council-run school, one of the first things my English teachers advised, was to avoid the words 'get' and 'got.'0 -
Absolute steal!

Ashington stayed Labour. Ashington is not in Blyth Valley which went Tory.0 -

Pattinsons are one of the more dodgy/rip off agents in the area. They will agree a price to sell but that won't reduce even if you reduce your asking price. They will also charge you £300 or so if you take it off the market or sell with another agent.0
