It’s not a close up though so I am also wondering how much work it needs. Lack of bathroom pic suggests it might either be terrible, or so crowded with embroidered towels, decorative soaps, knitted loo roll covers, knickknacks and tchotchkes that they couldn’t open the door....
Wouldn't you have loved to be a fly on the wall when the EA photographer came out to take the pics? One of the moments when you're desperately trying to find a tactful way of suggesting a few 'tweaks' to more successfully show the house to best advantage (whilst realising you're doomed...)0 -

Note
The gardens are majorly overgrown and contain a considerable amount of building materials, rubble etc. and two vehicles, the property is being SOLD AS SEEN and clearance will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
You've been warned. As no bedroom photos, what on earth is lurking upstairs???
This was it in 2009

Is that a loo or a bidet in the bathroom? Also, “balcony” is a bit optimistic

I think it is a bidet with the toilet being downstairs in the scullery (nice) but you can't tell me they don't use it for No.1s in the night

Flipping Heck! What a price!! It's very pretty but it looks like it could do with a bit of TLC (leaving aside the fact that it only has one bedroom).0 -
