Wouldn't you have loved to be a fly on the wall when the EA photographer came out to take the pics? One of the moments when you're desperately trying to find a tactful way of suggesting a few 'tweaks' to more successfully show the house to best advantage (whilst realising you're doomed...)

I think it is a bidet with the toilet being downstairs in the scullery (nice ) but you can't tell me they don't use it for No.1s in the night

Cambridge prices are eyewatering aren't they?

They initially priced it at £500k and dropped by £75k after 5 months!

Flipping Heck! What a price!! :eek: It's very pretty but it looks like it could do with a bit of TLC (leaving aside the fact that it only has one bedroom).

Look at the state of the pointing on the same house on the street view.
