Armchairs nestled round the fridge-freezer always add a cosy ambience.

I don't know what they were cooking on the lounge fire but I suspect it wasn't marshmallows.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

Spot the photographer too. Though given the number of mirrors he hasn't done too badly.

Might have been better to have spent money on bathroom and kitchen (no photos, but apparently need refurbishment) than on all that rubbish in the house!

    From the RM listing

    Note
The gardens are majorly overgrown and contain a considerable amount of building materials, rubble etc. and two vehicles, the property is being SOLD AS SEEN and clearance will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

You've been warned. As no bedroom photos, what on earth is lurking upstairs???

There is a kitchen pic (photo 2) but it’s easy to miss because it’s lost among the chandeliers and ornaments! It’s not a close up though so I am also wondering how much work it needs. Lack of bathroom pic suggests it might either be terrible, or so crowded with embroidered towels, decorative soaps, knitted loo roll covers, knickknacks and tchotchkes that they couldn’t open the door....

Wouldn't you have loved to be a fly on the wall when the EA photographer came out to take the pics? One of the moments when you're desperately trying to find a tactful way of suggesting a few 'tweaks' to more successfully show the house to best advantage (whilst realising you're doomed...)
