Very odd. Even more odd is that you're paying nearly 5 million pounds for that shabby looking thing in picture 12, and are probably going to have to spend that much again to turn it into what it looks like on pics 1-11! All the pictures are weirdly computer generated, everything is see through!
I think the weird ball thing is a chair (you can see it from another angle in pic 10).
