Never mind the probabte property, look at the state of the property to the left!! Also, looking on SV - it goes straight to the house (for a change) and the property in question is 62. So why is the neighbour on the left 58 and the property on the right is 60?

The houses are back to backs. You can usually tell because the soil pipes are on the front. In this case the passages under the houses lead to the row of houses at the back.

I like the way the soil pipe from 62 ends on 68's roof. Is that a flying farthold? :D

I don't think I've ever seen a yellow bathroom suite before. It's quite pretty actually. Wonder if it would be worth anything? :)

Bathroom fitted carpet is often frowned upon these days due to cleanliness hygiene issues but that heater/radiator half in/out the doorway would make me wary - even if plugged in outside the room it's dodgy and portable heating in rooms always suggests to me the central heating is either inadequate, or in this case. missing altogether .

I am pretty sure my in-laws had that bathroom suite, but it was a long time ago. It is quite disconcerting that many of the features in these old houses remind me of times gone by.

I don't think we have had a bucket in the bath for a while, so this is a double feature for this property, combined with the saucepan on the toilet cistern and five washing bowls in the kitchen. How we used to live!
