First time I have ever seen a listing where the estate agent is both overseas, and in a different country to the property

Picture 5 shows the photographer but the more interesting bit is the description of the 3rd bedroom as a double. 7"7' * 7"7'. I know that bedrooms are getting smaller but this is taking the p a bit.

This pad is a wee bit confused about it's location.... SE22 postcode but discription says its in the Midi Pyrenees in south west France.....

I think it's maybe because the estate agent is in SE22
