If you were selling a house for £2m... Wouldn't you use an EA who could spell? On the floor-plan, the water-slide is described as "shute".

I'm still trying to work out what an obscure French word is doing in the main brochure's pretentious speil:

"The dialetics of architecture and landscape, light and shade, inside and outside are at their most exhaltant in this building."

Seems like a load of exhalant to me!

Ha ha, looks like it'd have to be your left knee up to fit on that loo! (At least it would help one's "movements" I suppose?) Hopefully it is just a trick of the camera lens and it's not really that bad!
