OK what the odds are that whoever moves in when they are taking down food into the dining area below, slips on the ramp and food flies everywhere?
I don't trust that support under the window in pic 10
En-suite shower is too near the door or entrance
The shower room is in the loft room which isn't classed as a bedroom due to building regs

You're right, on all counts. I'd definitely do the food spill!

It does beg that age old question: "Who lives in a house like this?"

I noticed from Zoopla that they'd been renting it out, as a 4 bed house, with the loft being one of the rented four bedrooms, for about £1200.

It's not even a good road or area either! And the parking's inadequate (right on a main through road too).
