Shelton is a very ethnically mixed area. The marble floors are very popular with some communities. H&S construction (Stoke Ltd) website gallery pics show their style of work.
Its a short walk to Staffordshire University and a short commute to the University Hospital so upmarket house shares/HMO's are possible .
Looking on street view - they are definitely a step up in terms of quality in that area.

Is that what renting a 1 bed costs in Glasgow...speechless!

Even with bills included it seems expensive or is it a case of it a holiday let by another method seen as its fully furnished.

It does say it will be available for lets of 1 week and available for corporate lettings. It's not in a very touristy area, though.

Has it really been available for rent for nearly a year? Or is it like a holiday let? The clue being one week let available? If it is I'm surprised to see it with an estate agent.
