But look on the bright side, the bathroom is spotless and uncluttered. Not sure if that means the tenants are cleanly folk or that they just don’t use it ...0 -
Many, many years ago I knew someone who rented a very small cottage where the bath was in the kitchen with a lid that lowered to create a work surface. I rather liked it0 -

Cowshed £150-000 in Cornwall Anyone? "just five miles from Rock"

The description of this cracked me up.
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-82438715.htmlWith the A47 and A11 on your doorstep you are on the dual carriageways linking to the main motorway networks in minutes.
No "sea of bricks" with this one, despite being in a dense residential street.
And "without ever having to leave" the village that has a waitrose, post office, and 2 shops.... :rotfl:
Along with a major builder's merchant. A major hospital just the other side of the A11 and an area that is being heavily developed with housing... The motorway network will take at least an hour to get to on a good day, two or three if there is an accident. A village, Eaton is most definitely not - It might have been a hundred years or so back. It is just a suburb of a larger town now.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

My guess is even with the substantial investment to get this property up to scratch it is unlikely to turn much profit.0
