I don't know about death but the place feels like a tragedy took place somewhere. That's a lot of house to be abandoned for what looks like a long time.

Was on at £400k with an offer received at £370 as a repossession. I guess that sale fell through. Unsold at auction by Barnard Marcus a couple of weeks ago at £337k. Now down to £320k.
