I know who I'd go with if I was selling.
I wouldn't go with either. Even the better of the two couldn't be bothered with upstairs photos, measurements or a floorplan.0 -
And that the quote on the wall was a good idea.
Why do the windows in pictures 8 and 15 have weird black smudges around them?
A very poorly executed 'HDR' effect I think. Makes the rooms look worse in my opinion!https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-68921059.html
Not sure whats going on with the diagonal pictures. Makes me dizzy!
Which trainee put that advert up, looked at it, and went 'yep, that looks good to me'? Boggles the mind!0 -

I know when we had to choose, we bargained for 1% and got it with the 2nd choice agent. The 1st choice agent refused to match that, so we walked, but half way across the town square our mobile rang and a voice said "OK...1%!" :rotfl:0 -

It's not "normal" to do floorplan in Liverpool so far as I understand. When we were house hunting we didn't see any. It always did my head in! When we were selling parental flat on the Wirral I think we asked for floorplan, as I knew from house hunting it was really useful.0 -

Not Liverpool but in general, I have noticed a huge increase in floorplans available online in the last 2 years, which can only be a great thing.
Not all of them have dimensions which is sloppy, but finally we are catching up with the rest of the world. Often houses are advertised abroad with a total m2 and the cost per m2, which is useful when comparing areas.0 -

Really? Perhaps they could use the other half of their brain to see the value of making things work rather than replacing. For instance the wooden light fitting could be painted white and you have something approximating Scandie chic
The bathroom looks fine to me too and probably a lot better quality that modern replacements.0 -

I'd probably do something like that with the wooden fitting too and I quite like the external lantern, it fits in well with the architecture of the house IMO.
Have to disagree about the bathroom, I think it looks hideous.0 -
Padded, buttoned, black leather look vinyl home bar ...
Fake leaded windows and an electric fire with coal-effect ...
Tufted pink bedroom carpet, curtains and regency stripe wallpaper ...
The quilted bedspread ...
Crazy paving and pierced concrete blockwork ...
This is not just a property. This is a probate sale in Essex property.

There seems to be a 'presence' in picture 10 and they might also be manifesting beside the bar as well, which is probably logical for spirits....0 -
