£99 estate agent fees - presumably the owner took their own, and didn't have the traditional EA wide angle lens. Its the copper pipework that does it for mePerhaps it was a hook to get people in and see the rest of the house. EA photos with their stupid wide angle lens' often set expectations too high so perhaps this sold by people not viewing with ideas the rooms would be about five times the size they actually were.
