It's not a bad house. But having said that I don't count bedrooms that you have to pass through another bedroom to get to.

And there's a landing that's big enough to contain a bedroom. That house need more internal walls!
Bed 5 is accessible from the kitchen so don't need to go through Bed 4 at all. Good study/office. Not sure if there's building regs of some kind though?
Knock down the wall between cloakroom and bathroom to make large bathroom.
Partition off part/most of landing to make large ensuite.
Entrance to beds 2 & 3 is awkward. With a bit of rejigging and losing that walk in cupboard am sure you could fit in a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. Oh, and there is a window in bedroom 2, just not on plan!
Knock through lounge/dining room/kitchen to make large family room.

    Love it :)

    Shame it;s in Darlo :rotfl:.

As all GCSE historians will remember, the Stockton - Darlington railway was the first UK public service to use steam trains. I expect that house was built with the money the C18th town's prominence had generated.

Maybe somewhere else it would have been listed by now....?

That was my first thought too!

Stolen from another thread . . . . What is with the "en suite" toilet position in pic 8?!

    What an utterly depressing place.

Wrong side of the [STRIKE]tracks[/STRIKE] road.

Pic 12 caught my eye. I hope the plumber was better than the tiler!

    :rotfl: Neat job!
Also seems a very high density development, going by the view from the garden (no Streetview.)
Wouldn't pay £100K for that, let alone half a million.,
  • While I'm on a roll.....
Strange back-to-front dolls house in odd location high on a hill with mystery access. Could it be down the narrow footpath that continues from the street it's listed as being on? Surely not?
I do like the inside, the garden and the view - apart from the badly-laid fake grass and that bizarre torn wallpapered boxy thing in 'Bedroom' 3, which just seems to have been forgotten.
Whilst central Norwich isn't cheap, £250K does seem a bit of an ambitious price for a tiny house with tricky access.
(Oh surprise surprise, it's Purple Bricks.)

I don't know what you are talking about, the laundry basket has clearly not been placed to cover up any torn wallpaper #sarcasm. Seriously though, there are some terrible photos in that listing, and who wants four fireplaces?
