Stolen from another thread . . . . What is with the "en suite" toilet position in pic 8?!
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-63820501.html
Probably not wanting to end up with one's face pressed against the wall, or not being required to leap the bog to reach the shower had something to do with it.
Short projection loos exist, but that looks too much of a challenge.0 -
Quirky property with some unusual features
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-52637367.html
On the whole I think it's nicely done. I was pleased/relieved to see that in the semi-open plan en suite the toilet did have a door. The one feature I dislike is the impractical kitchen sink situated in the island bar in the middle room.0 -

Seeing the roll of insulation, it could be the EPC Fairy, about to work some magic on the abysmal energy efficiency score.
They're taking no chances with that washbasin in pic 13, are they? :huh:0 -

Love the house :T:T:T.
It's not a bad house. But having said that I don't count bedrooms that you have to pass through another bedroom to get to.
And there's a landing that's big enough to contain a bedroom. That house needs more internal walls! There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0
