I think I remember seeing this one on a documentary of London's affordability crisis. It's seriously depressing. In addition to asking why the hell the toilet roll holder is in the kitchen, I cannot see why the gated fence type thing is in the bathroom. Literally, no logical reason. Is it just to enhance the feeling of being in a prison??

There's nothing obvious, other than it's Grade 2, poky, restrictively linear and parts of the thatch look a bit suspect. Street View doesn't go there, which is odd, considering some of the dodgy roads they've visited near me.

There's certainly better value to be had in Devon, and with less hassle, but that area comes at a premium.

Nobody with a double-digit IQ would currently design or build a house with such a layout unless they had take too many or not enough pills.

I'd knock it down and build at least one (or preferably more) better house(s) on the plot.

Being West Country - I'm used to thatched roofs and like the look of them. Being West Country - I certainly wouldnt have one personally (fire risk/insurance costs). Add the work to do on that one. Add I've got a suspicion it's got damp....
