Someone would buy the furniture in the bedroom.

The last time I saw that sort of furniture was at the local refuse tip (aka Recycling Centre or whatever they were calling it). Sitting out in all weathers and obviously available for people to buy if they wanted it...
Thought crossed my mind some people interested in crafts might want one of the items at a suitably cheap price - in order to give it the "shabby chic" treatment - with limewashing/stencilling/etc/etc.0 -
