I'm guessing probate with the "in need of clearance"......
Err....maybe not probate. If you look closely at picture 15, you'll see someone, presumably the owner, is still (just about) with us.
I guess it could be a brother or other relative, though.0 -
Good spot Dave!0

I'm quite convinced that the old chap will need to be cleared too.0

Ok, we got a dodgy home report that says we're worth £450k, so let's be sensible and list it at offers over £425k.
It's been 3 months now... what do we do? Ah, why not bring it down to o/o £389k.
Hrm... no bites?
Anyone?
*months later*
Reluctantly, let's pop it down to £359k. Maybe we'll get some poor people who like it so much they'll borrow more and buy it.

Okay, so that didn't work. Maybe a fixed price will help. Let's be sensible and list at £450k.
Must be a slow market, ok then, offers over £395k, last chance. First to see will buy!!!

Not to mention that every other family home in this region sells within a week usually!
395k not selling? Ok, we had it on before at 359, so if we definitely want more than that let's try o/o 379 for now. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-47688645.html0 -

If you count the attic room as a bedroom then this is a six bedroomed house with 1 bathroom. The price variations suggest that the Estate Agents have no idea what it is actually worth.0
