Owned by an 18 yr old female yoga enthusiast raised on a diet of MTV and reality TV, who either a) inherited money or b) had parents hand her a wad of cash when she hit 18. Option b) is quite likely since it's in Lancaster - Uni town, parents buy a flat for "investment".
She then went nuts in B&Q, in a very bad way. Also she installed a hot tub to have parties in because that's what 18 yr olds with money to burn do.0 -

Or, on the other hand, I've rather taken on board the term for yuk gardens like this that Davesnave uses - ie "concrete garden". In this case - literally so - as it's concrete (rather than tarmac and/or cheapie paving stones).0 -
The dining table chairs....

A very holy shower, and a wonderful view into the neighbour's windows despite all the screening greenery; almost seems deliberate.0 -

Lytham is a long way from Lancaster. Definitely not got the appearance of a young persons town. More likely to be the retirement home of a bit part northern soap actor ☺0 -

The second bedroom in the current pictures have an assortment of "18th birthday" things out, if it was bought for a uni child they would be 20+ by now.
My guess is its a middle aged divorced single mother, house bought post divorce, done up as she "found herself" with all the things she wasn't allowed in the marital home.
Daughter now 18 and off to Uni, mother downsizing to clear debt.
or I could be 100% wrong!0 -
Does anyone here have the time to pop over to Latham and interview the vendor, please? Not that we're stalkers, of course! No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Complete with corner bath...as in every time I see a corner bath I wonder if it means an owner once had money to do things a bit more "luxuriously" - but haven't had for years now.
I never have figured out why corner baths were popular. Now the modern "P" baths I do understand - ie because we expect to have showers these days as the norm and the bathroom doesn't have room for both a bath and a shower.0
